Mishka Fall 2009: Born Under a Bad Sign Lookbook
This Fall, Mishka focused on items inspired by the great outdoors and quintessential American classics. The line boasts a broader range of fabrics, tailored cuts and a healthy mix of subdued hues and Mishkas own trademark colors perpetually remaining true to Mishka sensibilities. Think of it as if the Brooklyn denizens went on a camping trip in Oregon.
Cut and sew is a mainstay this Fall with flagship pieces such as The Mariner Pea Coat, Evergreen Hunter Work Coat and the Mephisto Leather Motor Cycle Jacket. Flannels like the Hudson Plaid shirt and the Loveless Plaid shirts are at the core of fall 09 collection. Complimenting this, a sharp dress shirts like the Undertone Chambray add a level of whimsical maturity.
