2 more 2 go

Not many days left until christmas and before we say good bye to 2009. 24:hours decided to do two more partys before we take a little break and plan new things 2010.

This friday it's the seasone finale of This Is Modern Disco at Tranan. Together with Rimini we're playing our last set of classic house, disco, soul and of course our favourite Tranan tunes. Then, the very same night, we've invited Mark Seven to play one of his rare djsets. Mark is a true music lover and great selector. This is his only gig in Sweden this year so you know it's going to be special. All the info you need here

Then on saturday 24:hours is djing at Strand. That will be the last time 24:hours soundsystem plays records this year, some of us is going to Japan, others choose to go up north skiing or just chill for a few weeks. We wanted to make this night special so we asked William & Leo aka Risky Bizniz to join us. Expect the unexpected. More info here

NORWAY!

This friday we're hosting another of our This Is Modern Disco night at Tranan here in Stockholm. Guest dj is none other than Bjørn Torske, mega talented producer and dj from Norway. He's been involved in loads of different bands, released lots of songs and tons or remixes since the first record was released in 1991.

Here's some of them

BT - Hatten Passer

BT - Spelunker

BT - Ode To A Duck

Volcano - Let Your Body Be Free

Ismistik - Slight Interrupt

Ismistik - Absence

Open Skies - Deep In Your Eyes

It's Spencer Parker folks !

Time for another party at Marie Laveau. We've invited a favourite dj and producer, Spencer Parker. As usual 24:hours Soundsystem is doing the warm-up on the wheels of steel.

We start 22.00 and then party all the way until 03.00
Free entrance between 22 and 23. Be sure to be there early, it's going to be a night to remember for a very long time.

More about the event here

I´ve made a little mix with some of my favourite tracks from Spencer, listen, enjoy and spread the word folks.

Massive thanks !

Wow, we sure had a party last night. Massive thanks to everyone who came and made it such a great night. There´s more stuff planned so stay tuned for info on that. For those of you who want to hear us play more - we´ll continue the 24:hours soundsystem summer session tonight at East between. More of the good stuff !

Tonight´s the night

Today is the day. House Of House is here in Stockholm now. We just met the guys and getting ready for a soundcheck and then it´s just a matter of hours before the big summer party no.1 is taking off at F12. All the info you need here. 24:hours Soundsystem is doing the warm-up and I´m definitely going to play this one

See you at F12 tonight !

MARK IT!

Time to highlight our next 24:hours party. We invited one of the hottest acts right now, New York´s finest House Of House, to our night over at Fredsgatan 12 here in Stockholm friday the 24th of July. The duo of Olivier "Liv" Spencer (Still Going/DFA) and Saheer Umar doesn´t need an introduction really but if you´ve been sleeping they´re behind the track Rushing To Paradise (Walkin´ These Streets), which is one of the biggest club anthems of the year. Be prepared, this is going to be one of those special nights to remember for a long, long time.

More info here

Some shameless self promotion. Tonight I´ll be spinning tunes at East here in Stockholm together with my fried Greg. We´ve been doing this a couple of times now and it´s just getting better and better. It´s our little summer sessions every second thursday and music wise you can expect a bit of everything really.
